• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Prices may change with notice, and continued use confirms your acceptance
• Payments are processed by third-party providers. We are not liable for payment errors or delays caused by payment processors

You are responsible for canceling subscriptions in your account settings or via the app store.

7. Privacy and Data Usage

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and process your data to provide core features of the Platform and enhance user safety.

13. App Store Requirements

If you download our mobile application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your use is also subject to the relevant app store's terms and policies. We do not control app store rules and cannot guarantee their service availability.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
